I don't know whether he/you would mind sharing them, but I would be very interested in seeing some drawings, as all I have left of mine is the plastic veneer from the top, which has gone brittle and curled up, all the wood has rotted off it.

Thanks for the link to the soundproofing, that's useful to know. Did you manage to do the whole bulkhead with one sheet OK?

The soundproofing looks interesting, out of interest, what did you use for it? I would like to fit some during reassembly of mine, but I have fears of it trapping water and rotting things...

If anybody else has any old Billing (from various years) or Dormobile Owners Club photos, i'd love to see them in case my one is in them .

Here are some photos of the Billing 50th anniversary (I think) from the previous owner of my Landy, showing hte massive Dormobile line-up. The ACC reg one in the foreground belongs to English Overland Adventures, the dark blue one with front toolbox is mine, and i'm sure one or two others are around!

I know a chap who was part of a climbing club at university, that ran on a trip he missed. They were on the way back in the minibus with a full length roof rack, when they decided it would be good fun to all get on top and tie on for a bit. I wouldn't have thought they would fit directly, coming from a different vehicle. Having said that, the mechanisms will surely be similar, so could possibly be modified? The main difference would be not having a 2 person wide passenger seat in the front, thought that may not be a problem.
