Hey, how did you get away with that - I thought you weren't allowed to take campers with gas bottles on the Chunnel
Are the bottles missing, or have they changed the rules?
Cheers,
Robin.

I've just checked and it looks like you are allowed one gas bottle up to 47kg or multiple bottles up to a maximum of 50kg.
I'm sure when the Chunnel opened you weren't allowed to take any bottles
As the 'standard' bottles we tend to use are 2.7kg (Camping Gaz 907) or 3.8kg/4.5kg Calor butane/propane we could take loads now!
That's good news

You can indeed take gasbottles on the train. I was not asked as they have no clue I guess that this is a camper. I had the question when I took my 110 overlander on there. As long as it is either disconnected or switched off.
BTW I just got insurance from RH insurance. All the others either have still not got back to me or are unable to insure me for whatever silly reasons.
