It's in Norway and registered there, but wouldn't be a problem to import and register anywhere.

Yep, seen that one in january when I was looking for mine. Didn't reach its reserve I believe.

Indeed, not that I plan on selling mine (ever!). I'm also learning rapidly that there are more around than I had first anticipated, as I seem to be seeing one for sale every week...
