Hi all
This is a repeat of the event I organised in October 2010 and hopefully it will be a little warmer. The gathering is a very relaxed affair and open to anyone with an interest in Land Rover based Classic Campers.
Full details of the gathering are on the Dormobile Forum here.

As said above, this is a very relaxed event with plenty of drinking of lovely French wine, eating lovely French food and trying our best to understand each other. This is generally nothing to do with speaking different languages, more to do with the wine

It is traditional to bring some local produce/brew with you to share with your fellow campers.
Cheers Mick

This is one of those trips I would have liked to have done for the last 2 years, but it's never quite fitted in with other commitments
Still don't know about this year, Mick, but will let you know as soon as we've decided

Sadly, it doesn't look as if I'll be able to make it this year as I had hoped, not enough brownie points earned - in fact, there's a large deficit. Who dares wins - SWAMBO versus HWAGHW!

HI John
It's a shame your not going to make it. Was hoping all the gang would make it and I was hoping to have all our Tagines full of lovely grub for one of the evenings. Will have to get Dave to bring his.
Will have to talk you into it a Driffield.

Seriously considering it John and will have a spare seat if you could raise your standards to being seen in a Dormobile!
Kind regards
Phil

I am going to get Dormy on one of these trips one day. Regretfully, we can't join this one as I am working that particular weekend.
Hope it all goes well for those who make the effort and even if it is not all plain sailing, I am sure the wine will help make you feel better !
Regards
Ian

Disappointed to miss this too, various excuses, most of them pretty lame but SWAMBO not being able to take leave is one of them. Enjoy, pity Michele won't be there. I might go to Bannegon in September, hopefully not as it will mean I haven't sold 'the Colonel'
Bon route mes amis
