Hi Loïc,

No sign of them yet - they were sent late last week as air freight and are probably in Customs now.

Obviously we are now at the mercy of Customs officials and their workload and with the run up to Christmas they may be a bit busy!

I'll post here as soon as they arrive, then it will be a day or so for testing the first ones for sending out.

Cheers,
Robin.

Well, UK Customs finally released the latest batch and they arrived today :gold:

Just need to set up my test bench for them again, and start testing and sending them out.

I've still got 3-4 Diesel versions available if anyone is interested?

Price, after Customs plucked a figure out of the air :stars: is £499 for the Diesel version.

Cheers,
Robin.

Just to resurrect a slightly cold thread ....

Do you still have a contact for the self contained heaters Robin ??? I "Might" have a cunning plan for one :gold:

Hi Ian,

I haven't bought any for a few months as I still have a couple of the 'Webasto' heaters left, but the supplier does occasionally send me an email to ask if I want to make an order.

You did note the size of the self contained one, didn't you?
I think its primary use was on coaches or train carriages where space isn't such a premium.

If you are interested I could ask for a price, though on a one-of order so might not get the discount I was getting for batches of 10.

Cheers,
Robin.

Size shouldn't be a problem Robin as it'll mostly live in the Sankey ;-)

I'd be interested in the price if you happen to speak to them at all...

Cheers chap

Did you ever contact your supplier

My friend and I might be interested in one each.

What's the current price?

Hi Andrew,

Are you wanting the 'Webasto' 2kW compact units, or the big bus/train ones?

Size details are at the start of this thread.

I've still got two of the Webasto ones from the last order at £495.

It's probably time to think about another bulk buy, I suppose - I'd like to get some expressions of interest though as I really don't want to be left with 10 (minimum order) for a couple of years :thud:
However, if I did put another bulk order through, I could add one or two of the larger units on at cost (around £395, I think).

Cheers,
Robin.
