LRO Driffield, 11/12/13 May

Hi guys,
As some of you may know, LRCC has been offered a stand at the LRO Driffield show, on 11/12/13 May.

We have a small number of free tickets for campers to be displayed on the stand, so if there is anyone who would like to be on the stand, please PM or email me.
LRO are expecting us to put on a 'Moroccan Encampment' display, and so we will have a firepit and also shelter in case it's cold/wet (hopefully not though!).
Unfortunately the Driffield stands are quite small, much smaller than at the other LRO shows, so it would help if you were self-contained.
You will also need to commit to the whole weekend, Friday afternoon or early Saturday to set up, to Sunday afternoon as once the stand is set out with awnings etc., it will be difficult to shuffle folk around.
Also, no vehicles are allowed to move on or off the site once the public are allowed in, so the stand must be set up before 9AM on Saturday and vehicles cannot leave before 5:30PM on Sunday!
If you are interested in joining us, please email or PM me, with details of your vehicle and how you would want to set up (ie. awning on rear, awning on side, etc.).
