I found a Carawagon roofrack for sale in The netherlands.

Asking price is 75 Euros (60 GBP).

I can translate if the seller does not speak English and I can collect for you when I visit family back home.

If he still has it, I'll try to get it for you. Peejaysea pm'ed me he is going to call the seller today (this evening).
Chances are that if he still has it, it will be going to Luxemburg.
Like I said about the carawagon roof goes for the roof rack too. It is up to who ever is interested to pursue it, but I'm always happy to assist.

I have tried to send you folks a PM but they appear to be sitting in my outbox for some reason.

I did speak to Jan on Friday evening and provisionally held the roof rack. I then read Matt's thread regarding his daughter wanting a carawagon ..... and felt bad about getting the rack to put onto my swb! So if Matt wants to progress with the purchase of the carawagon roof and also wants the roof rack, then I am more than willing to let him have first dibs as I know they will be going to a good home

I can call Jan and let him know the situation as required, I had not planned on collecting the roof rack for a few weeks anyway.

Just let me know, and if Matt wants it...the it is his and I will have done my good deed for the day:tiphat:

The reason that the message stays in your inbox is because I hadn't read it yet. It should be gone now. It disappears when te receipient openes it.

That is mighty decent of you, I'm sure Matt will be delighted. I'm just going to bed, nightshift, I'll sleep on it how we are going to arrange the collection as I'm not going to visit over there for some time yet.
I think I have an idea to get it over here soonish, but have to see if there is appetite for the idea. I'l let you guys know soon.

Matt, can you contact Paul (Peejaysea) about the roofrack please? I have sent an email to the seller and he wrote back that he had a call from an Englishman in Luxemburg about it. Seeing that Paul wants to give you the opportunity to buy it.

The seller also writes that Matt can call him personally as he speaks perfectly English. But before Matt calls him, can Paul sort his end with the seller please?

In the mean time, I will try to sort some sort of a relay on the Dutch Landrover forum. I'm sure that some will come over to Billing Landrover fest in July or Peterborough Landrover show in September.
If all that fails, I hope the seller can keep storing it until I go on a family visit or Matt might want to sort something else.
