109 1973 dormobile chassis

Hi, I found this for sale on ebay, may be of interest to someone here.

From the photos it looks in quite good condition.
6 cylinder dormobile station waggon chassis, 1973 so tax exempt, don't know if they have any of the rest of it.
I am looking for a galvanised 109 3 door/ pick up chassis if anyone has one tucked away so we can build a carawagon mobile workshop.
