G'day Alex, thank's for your concern and yes thing's have been a bit rough and me trying to act normal hasn't helped, but then what is normal .

Sorry if i caused you any concern , that was far from my intention but i do tend to waffle on , half the time i don't get round to what i really am trying to say which usually makes the situation worse leaving the person i try and talk to well and truly confused or worried.

Again i am sorry for causing any concern it was not my intention, for some reason the brain box and darn body got the better of me , i guess again it's just a case of slowing down even though i work slow rest is sometimes better.
