The blue project Dormobile is off to the paint shop soon. The roof is already there.

So, what colour is the roof meant to be and what colour is the fibreglass bit meant to be?

They look similar, and could have been limestone once I guess.

Land rover paint codes especially appreciated!

Well, the fibreglass on mine is white basically (and grubby) and the roof is also white, but not sure if that has been repainted or not..... Inside of fibreglass is unpainted.

I don't think I've seen a Dormobile roof anything but white, on any vehicle, VW, Bedford, Commer, Land Rover etc.

Of course, they can be repainted, but I'd say they come out of the jelly mould with a white gel coat.

I have seen a roof painted Limestone, but as Robin says, I believe they all came out of the factory white gel coat. The question is, did Dormobile paint the roof panel white to match the fibreglass roof? I do know they had to repaint the Land Rover roof after cutting the hole, so guess they painted them white?

Mine is a 1964/5 and the roof is body colour (Light Green), and there is no sign of white/limestone anywhere, even the inside is unpainted fibreglass.
