Three stands were nominated; the other two were very professional - I'm not saying ours wasn't, but we certainly don't put the time and effort in that the others do - ours just seems to work well and attract the public's attention.
The judge commented on the fact that our stand was so friendly as well; he must have been lurking for some time as he said that he noticed every time someone approached us, we made sure we welcomed them and showed them around the vehicles, answering all of their questions, even the ubiquitous "Did you make it yourself?"
without losing our smiles or good humour. He liked the display, the photographs and the fire pit, and made the comment that he thought we were the friendliest stand at the show
