Very late, 1980, 88" Carawagon(?), in very good condition, for a pound under £6k.
HERE
I'm sure Stuey will be able to enlighten us, but I think it's a Searle Safari Sleeper rather than a Carawagon
In fact, I've just checked on Stuey's site
HERE and he has a S3 Safari on his register with a number plate just 3 digits away from this ebay one
Cheers,
Robin.

Just asked for some more pics of the front seats - might explain how ours are supposed to work?

Strange, I had an email 2 days ago with reference to this particular vehicle. That person was saying that he had just bought it, would like to research the history and how much it was worth etc etc. I gave him some pointers in the general direction to find out how much it was worth and to find out the history.
It seems to be doing the rounds of the selling websites, on eBay 3 times with no purchases at a £3500 start each time then onto car and classic for £6000 now back on eBay for £6000 it all seems a strange old story to me!
Robin, I too think that it is the same vehicle as JLE930V just either a typo or just lost in translation somewhere!

hi
the story i got from the owner was he bought it at an auction for £2700 or £2800
(can't remember which) then decided to move abroad so tried to sell on ebay
for £4000 then £3500 and now it's doubled in value.
I think he must have washed it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well he has put "VERY RARE" in the title so that obviously adds value
