Wishing you all a "Merry Xmas" and a "Happy New Year" from a very hot down under

Been drinking lots of fluids today

as it hit 37 degrees in our little town. I still can't get used to the aussie xmas as it's too hot, so we normally go to the beach and chill out before dinner
Here's my favorite aussie xmas song "jingle bells"

And greetings from a pleasantly warm west coast of America where the sun is shining and there's just a slight breeze. Here's hoping you all have a great Christmas and a very happy New Year!
Now, where are we all going in 2014? Any good trips planned?
All the best,
Ian

Same here, had to wait until dark (5pm) before we could sit outside. Even so it was still 33 !
Lots of San Miguel, vino tinto and some JW Blue Label (duty free of course). Not a turkey in sight - roll on New Year !
Someone mentioned something about rain in UK. That's hardly a surprise I thought ?
Merry Christmas
Ian
P.S. Will be in Australia for Jan. Also heard something about another party on the 26th !
