Hi all,

I love a classic landy and had a IIB I was going to use for camping, it was impractical though and I had to sell it to cover a bill.

I'm now planning on a more practical solution and have been pointed in your direction!

cheers

Matt

Hi Matt,

Good to see you've made it over here

Plenty of folk on here with anything from 88" Searle Safari Sleepers, home converted 109"s, Dormobiles, Carawagons, Ambulances and one or two larger ones :tiphat:

Ask your questions on the Classic Campers or General Discussion sections and I'm sure you'll get plenty of help.

Cheers,
Robin.

Hi Matt

Welcome to the forum. Tiny was always going to be a camper for showgrounds, never something for nipping for a weekend wild camping in the Alps. Having tipped a FC myself, I can say this with some authority.

Get yourself a good solid 109" and fill it with fuel. Point it in a direction of your choice and off you go. Cannot wait to be doing just that myself. If you want something with a badge, come and buy my spare Carawagon.

Cheers Mick

We've filled the 110 with fuel and pointed it in the direction of fun before, but want to set that aside as a working daily vehicle. It's quite abused and often more than full, so not ideal to have any permanant fixtures in. I do 100 miles a day in it too....!
