Who was it?

Saw a pastel green carawagon - towing a little car on an a frame - southbound on the M6 northern lakes, late morning on Saturday
Any ideas who would do such a thing?

Not quite sure who that could have been. Lights in grille, or wings?

Couldn't catch as we were in a hurry so doing about 70 ourselves
