Removeable Cooker/Sink Unit

A friend of mine has just sent me a link to an item on eBay, that I hadn't seen.

I'm guessing this is from a later conversion, but it looks like a really good idea? I'm just wondering whether an older cooker/sink unit could be converted in some way so you could take it round the side, maybe have a valve and a second gas pipe to the side of the vehicle, and some legs somewhere? Does anybody know anything about this?
