eBay Dormobile (I have old photo!)

Spotted on eBay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LAND-ROVER-DO ... 1513246295?

Interestingly, this was the vehicle parked up next to mine in the Billing lineup some years ago, so I can prove it isn't a modern conversion!

In other news, i'm thinking about making a little database to keep proper track of all these Dormobiles that keep coming up for sale (or are visible on forums), i'm intrigued as to how many there are still around...

Hi Ant,

We already have a "Camper Register" started in the Member's section: HERE :tiphat:

Rather than starting something new, why not add to that list?

I suppose at some point we could split the catagories; Dormobile, Carawagon, AfterMarket

Cheers,
Robin.

It's already there: http://www.rms1.co.uk/lrcc/forum/viewto ... f=21&t=879
But I had mistyped the reg (corrected now) so it wouldn't have shown up if searched for anyway...

It was on ebay earlier this year, looks like the same set of photos is being used, and it's still in Coventry so presumably the same seller.

I'm sure I have seen this one a few years ago or just over a year when I was looking for a dormobile.

IIRC, Phill (Bea on this forum, PJKR on the S2 forum) has been compiling a Dormobile database for quite some time. Obviously this has info on many of the known vehicles owned by group members, but probably includes many others too. Maybe an enquiry with him may give you some insight as to what else is about. Unfortunately Phil hasn't been on here for quite some time but still visits the S2 forum.
